Dear BBCS friends,
We are very happy to invite you to a tasteful and “hyggelig” event in the last month of this strange year:
a virtual tasting of some delicious and unique Dutch farmhouse cheeses.
Our tasting is hosted by Camilla Bojsen-Møller, cheese-communicator and cheese-blogger (www.ostesnak.dk) and Marion Huijink, owner Dutch Deli (www.dutchdeli.dk).
The event will take place at “Zoom”, on Thursday the 3d of December, from 18:30 – 20:00.
Virtual tasting – how?
Our tasting-event will be a virtual tour (English spoken) throughout the Netherlands, where we during 1,5 hour will visit a couple of small, artisan farmhouse dairies. During our tour, we will taste some unique cheeses, that we selected for you in advance. You will also receive wine-suggestions, as well as ideas for other delicacies, to create your perfect cheese-plate.
After registration, you will receive a “BBCS-cheese-tasting-box”, with some delicious farmhouse-cheeses.
Your personal tasting-box can be collected at a point near you from the 1st of December.
Participation (including tasting-box) is for free to all of our members – as a gift from the BBCS.
Non-members and family-members as well as friends are also invited, for the small fee of 100 kr. pp.
This is what you get:
- A cozy and tasteful virtual cheese-event on Thursday the 3d of December at 18:30
- Your personal BBCS-tasting-box with some delicious farmhouse cheeses
- Wine suggestions, and a guide to create your perfect cheese-plate (on the day of the event)
- Link to our guided cheese-tasting (feel free to welcome family-members or friends at your tasting-table (one link works at one screen))
- Price: FREE for all members of the BBCS, and 100 kr. pp. for non-members
(Note that the amount of cheese in your tasting-box corresponds to the amount of people you register)
- Please remember to register latest on the 23d of November, if you would like to receive your personal tasting-box.
