Benelux Business Club Scandinavia (BBCS)receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped or delivered
If you are buying a subscription-based service, the amount will be deducted at a yearly basis. If you wish to cancel your subscription feel free to write firstname.lastname@example.org, with the following rules being applied.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. 0% VAT. (Forening)
BBCS uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
If an event is canceled, the customer will receive their money back.
If the date of an event changes, the customer will receive their money back.
BBCS delivers digitally on all weekdays.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
BBCS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent and after mutual agreement only.

Packages sent on COD are not accepted.
If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs are for your account.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.
The notice must be given per. mail to email@example.com. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send with return. You can find it here (LINK)
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
