The event is scheduled as follows:

• 1630- 1700: Belgium presentation by Ambassador Michiel Maertens
• 1700- 1730: AGM
• 1730- 1800: www.rufusvin.dk Philip Graff: præsentation of Belgian and Dutch wines
• 1800 – 1930: wine tasting & mingle
• 1930: thank you and good evening
