Air France and KLM prolongs the possibility for customers to change or even cancel the booking until one day before departure.
“In a world of constant changes, we are pleased to offer our customers complete peace of mind for their upcoming travel plans. We know that many people would like to travel, but are hesitant to book because of the uncertainty linked to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis. We fully understand this and therefore extend the full flexibility policy for the customer to change or even cancel their booking, free of charge, until one day prior to departure”, says Gauthier le Masne de Chermont, Commercial Director Air France and KLM North Europe.
Full flexibility allows the customers to:
- change their bookings, date or destination
- request a full cash refund
Dates and details to keep in mind:
31mar21: Tickets with full flexibility must be booked and issued before the 31st of March 2021
30sep21: The tickets booked according to the full flexibility policy must be used at the latest by the 30th of September 2021.
“We want to make it as easy as possible for all travellers to reconnect with family, friends and business relations, or to go on holiday, says Gauthier le Masne de Chermont, Commercial Director.”
